My favorite book is Stories of Greece. It is something about ancient Greeks. The Greeks told stories to explain how things came to be . This story is about the fire .Prometheus, a cheerful giant, getting fire for us. Fire was a great power and Zeus had said it must not leave Heaven. Prometheus was truly noble, and he brought the fire to the earth. When Zeus found out about this, he was so angry and tied Prometheus to a rock on the mountain. A bird ate his heart every day. What a great man! He is a hero, a great man. We can cook a meal, heat the house and burn a smoke with fire .Fire is important. Of course, it is a story. But the behavior of Prometheus was worth extolling. We should study his spirit.

Based on Mark Twain's novel, "The Millionaire Pound Note" takes an interesting satirical look at the hypocrisy stemming from class distinction in the 50s England. The story sticks to the main theme by emphasizing on the hypocrisy of the upper class society but at the same time it also creates a balance that prevents the movie from being a mockery of the British society. The movie drags at some point but the love story appears at the right time and there is plenty of comedy to keep one entertained. A charming Gregory Peck totally nails the part and the luminous Jane Griffiths is a treat. Reginald Beckwith, as Peck's sidekick Rock is amusing. The ending is a little predictable but the director does an overall good job by rounding it up and presenting his points.

This week I read a book named "one million pounds". It was written by Mark Twain. And It’s very famous. I learned a lot from this book.
This book describes a poor American lived in London. His name is Henry Adams. Fortunately, he met two billionaires and had a chance to get a million pounds. One day, Henry was hungry and he went to a restaurant. Because he dressed like a poor man, the waiters thought he had no money to pay. So they are rude to Henry. But later, when they saw he had a million pounds, they all surprised and became very polite.
This book told us “Money is everything” at that time. And I think we shouldn’t have this mind in our think. Money is not a panacea. And if you want be successful, you must on you own.
