good morning/evening/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen :
today, my speech is about talents,in my opionion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
first, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many talents.for example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big powers.if they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke us.however, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more literated.more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games......
to sum up, talents will play a more and more impoetant role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,that's all,thank you.

War and Peace
Generally, war is repugnant, but peace is welcome.While peace is the ultimate goal of all of our undertaking in this world, war has been inevitable in the course of human civilization. Does man have an innate taste for war? Or is it just an acquired scheme learned from human society? We only know
that there hasn’t been any period in the history during which the world was really at peace. Human beings pursue peace and prosperity through the establishment of families, communities, and nations. Why should we let all these be destroyed by wars?
To reduce the possibility of war to the lowest extent, I have two suggestions. First of all, education should be consolidated to eliminate the brutality and beastliness in human nature. Knowledge derives from education and is a surer road to wisdom.Wisdom enables us to distinguish right from wrong. It also teaches us restraint and tolerance, two effective means of preventing wayward killing and destruction. Another cure is religion. Most religions in the world advocate philanthropy and forgiveness, which dissolve hatred and revenge. Consequently, education and religion working side by side can transform a barbarian into a civilized person. With wisdom and love, the human race as a whole will detest war and embrace peace.

在战争的阴云下

我们从不想去看到，无数孤苦的儿童挣扎在饥饿的苦海中
我们从不想去看到，无数年轻的士兵龙血玄黄
我们从不想去看到，苍老的母亲对着他孩子的尸首而嚎啕的悲怆
但是，战争的梦魇未曾离去
他们肆意蔓延，无处不在
我们想扪心自问：我们能做什么？
我们能为和平鸽的展翼做些什么？
我坚信，我可以向饱受战争苦难的难民们伸出援助的双手
我坚信，我可以向公众控诉战争恶魔下孤儿的血泪
我坚信，我可以向告诉全世界和平是多么稀如珍宝
是的，战地记者正在伸出双手召唤我
而我，也同样在召唤他
我知道，仅靠我一人之力，无法改变太多
但是我，我们，我们所有人
我们应该去竭尽全力来维护我们的地球母亲
不再让她挣扎于炮火的硝烟
不再让她煎熬于刀枪的血溪

还是需要无尽的战火

梦之于我，并非仅仅去成为一名战地记者
而是，去让地球

变得更加和平，宁静……

I have a dream to become a war correspondent
this longing is more and more intense now
When I was a little boy
I had a sweet dream
The sky was blue
The fields were green
And children in my dream were singing a wonderful song of love for every boys and girls
However, after I grew up, everything was gone
The children are dying
The peace is breaking
The world has been seriously hurting under the war cloud.
We never want to see the children in hunger.
We never want to see the soldiers are fighting and old mom is crying
But it is happening; the war fire is burning in more and more place of the world
So what should I do?
What can I do?
I firmly believe I can give a helping hand to the poor people under the fire
I firmly believe I can bring the real situation to the public
I firmly believe I can tell the strong desire for peace to the world
Yes, a war correspondent is really fit me.
I know, it’s impossible to change our world on my own
But I, but we, but all of us should try our best to make our mother earth more and more peaceful, more and more beautiful.
I think everybody knows what I should do
I need to train my bravery to face the blood and broken body.
What’s more, Studying and exercise is important,
Once, a successful war correspondent said:
Knowledge can help me understand the human’s duty,
And a healthy, strong body can help me keep alive when I face the RPG and AK-47.
Today, our mother-earth is so sad that she always gets angry with her children. So I appeal
