先泛听，听不懂就再听两遍，泛听三遍之后可以对照材料精听，真题永远是最经典最有用的，多练几遍真的就有感觉了
先整个做一套题 然后一篇一篇的练精听 每篇搞懂每句话的意思 怎么读的 反复的听 开始可以看着原文听听熟悉了之后不看原文听 最好可以影子跟读 直到这篇文章听明白 每天都要听 一周可以只听一套题
先把真题答案选上 然后再去听 多练
听到什么勾什么，选勾的最多的那个，有的是需要同义替换的，得听懂
我的四六级都是靠听力拿分的，但是我考试的时候从来没听懂过他说的是什么，就先看选项，一定要提前看选项，然后听到什么选什么。平时练习的时候我就是先听一遍，然后看着答案听一遍，然后再听一遍，不过这个方法很费时间，但是如果你每天都这样做两套的话，应该现在还来得及，因为我就是考前一个月练的
我们也不让提前看，我就趁他念前面那些没用的东西的时候看题目，勾两个词，帮助记忆，放文章听力之前，看几道题算几道题，然后听到什么选什么，选了之后就不管了，如果听力文章没有放完，但是我把题选完之后就会看下一个文章对应的题，emmm，可能听起来不太靠谱[捂脸哭]，要不你可以试试楼下陈娇娇LILY的方法，感觉那个方法也可以
