1.Personal independence boots your confidence
Independent people naturally tend to be a little more confident on handling issues affecting their lives. This is mainly because they are more prepared to take actions and do things without having to wait for support or permission from someone else. Being independent therefore means that you will be more likely to try out new things that you want, rather than what or how you are expected to. This also means that you will have more experience than a less independent individual. This will in time build up more confidence in you with the knowledge that you can do things on your own.
nowadays in china, many students are the only child in their family. they are the apple of their parents' eyes or even their granparents', so they are free of any house work or menial labor. and moral education is no more than some bookish thing. studentsare largely dependent on their parents and teachers.
to educate them to be independent, the most effective way is to let them experience on their own. therefore,they are better to be given the opportunity to get some train at school-to clean the washing room,which can be regarded as part of the moral education.
As middle school students, it is crucial for us to develop independence. What should we do to become more independent?
Firstly, we should take responsibility for our own belongings. Cleaning our rooms and making our beds are tasks that we should handle on our own.
Secondly, we can assist with household chores. In our free time, we can cook or help clean the house. Engaging in these activities teaches us how to take care of ourselves.
Thirdly, we should be proactive in our learning. We should study independently and complete our homework on time.
Lastly, we should learn to make decisions on our own. There will be times when we need to plan or decide things by ourselves. It's important not to always rely on others.
I believe that if we continue with these practices, we will gradually become more independent.
WE WERE BORN AS INDEPENDENT PEOPLE. WE GREW UP TO BECOME DEPENDENT. BUT AS WE REACHED OUR OLD AGE WE BECAME BACK TO INDEPENDENT. THEIR GOAL WAS TO TEACH US TO STAND BY OUR OWN AND BE STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE THE TRIALS AND BARRIERS OF OUR LIVES. IF WE DONT DISAPPOINT THEM, THE MORE WE GREW OLD, THE MORE WE LEARN TO DECIDE FOR OUR OWN. IT WILL COME A TIME WHEN WE WERE THE ONE BEING DEPENDED UPON. WHEN WE'RE BIG ENOUGH TO REPAY OUR PARENTS, WHEN WE ALREADY HAVE CHILDREN OF OUR OWN AND WHEN WE ALREADY SHOULDER RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF THIS SOCIETY, WE LEARN TO BE BEING DEPENDED UPON. AS WE REACH THE OLD AGE AND WE LOST SOME ABILITIES OF OUR OWN, WE BECAME DEPENDENT AGAIN. LITTLE BY LITTLE, IT SEEMED THAT WE BECAME LITTLE KIDS AGAIN. WE DEPEND ON THE FEEDING, WALKING, AND EVERY THING ELSE.
