这次英语考试，我的成绩很不理想，没有考到老师要求的分数以内，我反省了许多，感到十分愧疚。这次没达到老师的要求，我觉得主要是我的态度不好。在平时的学习中，我不太重视英语，觉得英语不是太重要，于是上课时没有认真听课，作业没有好好做，考试前也没有认真复习。于是，这次考试的成绩自然就差了。其实，英语是一门很重要的学科，不仅从小学到高中都是主科，在每次考试中都占很大比重，而且英语对我们未来的生活和发展也有着至关重要的作用，以后如果要出国，说一口好的英语能让自己更加方便。即使不出国，在国内英语也有许多要用的地方。

【听力练习】
（1）听写。将听力材料先听一遍或几遍，看看自己能听懂多少，然后再听写。复读听写一般以5~8秒的短句为单位，5~8秒短句实际上是机械记忆音节，超过10秒音节太多，只能理解记忆，不利于听写。遇到听不出来的单词，尽量查字典，实在听不懂的时候，再对照参考译文。这样做主要是为了增强辨音能力，同时也是为了增加声音与大脑反应之间的刺激强度。
（2）对照。听过几遍素材后，对实在听不懂的地方再进行对照。通过对照英文原文，可以从自身的错误中学到很多知识。对照非常重要：先听1~3遍听力原文，了解新闻主旨；逐字逐句听写原文，空出听不懂的地方；与原文对照，发现听写错误；总结错误和分类，单词不认识、语音错误、语法错误、拼写错误、、、、、、、；整理生词，重新反复听。背诵听力、脱口而出、背诵的内容记得默写、默写就会出错。
（3）翻译背诵。中英文对照、看着中文说出对照的英文，看着英文说出对照的中文。
（4）每天听力时间不少2个小时，听写非常重要。大篇内容分成小段，一点点突破，贵在每天的坚持。
